Auf Basis des erfolgreichen aerodynamischen Montagesystems montavent MACH1 für Flachdächer gibt es jetzt montavent AERORACK für Trapezdächer.
Mit montavent AERORACK lassen sich Solarmodule schnell und sicher 10° oder 15° aufständern, und zwar auf Nord-, Süd-, West- oder Ost-Dächern. Selbstverständlich müssen Sie auf keinen der vielen typischen montavent-Vorteile verzichten. Mit den bewährten Schieneneinsätzen, die schon TRAPEZ und LAMINAT zum schnellsten und sichersten Montagesystem gemacht haben.

Besonderheiten
montavent AERORACK lässt sich auf allen Blechdächern installieren, ob Trapez, Sandwich, Wellblech oder gar Runddach. Die Modulneigung beträgt 10° oder 15° relativ zur Blechfläche. Selbstverständlich ist montavent AERORACK aerodynamisch optimiert und für Dächer mit wenig Lastreserven geeignet. Das System auch von einer einzigen Person montierbar und für alle gerahmten Modulgrössen einsetzbar. Natürlich sind alle Teile aus hochwertigem Aluminium gefertigt.
Wie bei den erfolgreichen Systemen montavent TRAPEZ und montavent LAMINAT sind auch bei montavent AERORACK Sicherheit, Eleganz und vor allem Schnelligkeit die wichtigsten Vorgaben für unsere Entwicklungsabteilung gewesen. Die vorgefertigten und fast überall vorgebohrten Systemkomponenten sorgen für mühelosen und passgenauen Aufbau.

Das montavent-Montagesystem erfüllt hinsichtlich der Windlast die Anforderungen der DIN 1055-4. Da montavent nicht alle Gebäudeparameter hinreichend bekannt sind, werden ausschliesslich Windkräfte berücksichtigt. Die erforderliche zusätzliche Lastverträglichkeit (Anlage, Wind, Schnee etc.) des Gebäudes inklusive Dachhaut ist durch den Ersteller/Käufer sicherzustellen.
The Swiss PV Assembly System Complies with DIN 1055-4 for Wind Suction.
An obligatory binding wind suction test is carried out for each installation, to ensure that the system in the sheeting withstands wind suction force. The sealing rivets are tested by TÜV Rheinland for their ability to withstand tensile forces in various types of sheeting.

Small Parts.
All of the montavent system components are less than 45 cm in length. They are delivered in handy cardboard boxes, facilitating ease of handling, storage, transport and installation saving you time and money.


The furnished drilling gauge allows you to drill the holes for setting your bearing profiles using the expanding rivets: in a precise, accurate manner, and without torque.

Clip in the slipping snap ring into the installation hole and place the PV-module on the bearing profiles: setting in, engaging, and the installation is done.

Practical form system without screws: faulty installation practically excluded.

Rapid Placing.
All montavent components are delivered form ready and predrilled, which allows easy and custom-fit assembly of your solar field on the roof. The fixation is directly installed on the bearing profile, which is part of the laminate clamp at the same time. Specifically conceived rubber bearings with clamped caps professionally anchor the lamination with defined forces for a lifetime.

No Damages on the Roof.
No sheet cracks in the roof, no water damage because of leaky bodies and no fatigue breaks to deck screws: The retaining foot has been specifically conceived to decouple dangerous shearing forces between the installation system and the trapezoidal roof. The “full floating” profiles therefore do not cause any stress damage - in contrary to long profiles where temperature changes can unleash destructive forces.

The solution for installing framed solar modules on flat roofs long-awaited by our customers has been ready for use since the start of 2011: just like our other products, MACH1 is the fastest installation system for flat roofs. The reason: montavent delivers its system pre-assembled on request. The result: the substructure for 4 to 6 modules is easily positioned on the roof by a single person; the modules can be installed once a few rivets have been set. The system uses the tried and tested track inserts that made TRAPEZ and LAMINAT the fastest and safest installation system.
MACH1 is suitable for installation on membrane, bitumen and gravel roofs. The roof pitch can be up to 5°; the module pitch is 15°. The key: montavent MACH1 is aerodynamically optimized. Strong winds increase the contact pressure, making ballast a necessity only around the roof borders. The system is therefore also suitable for roofs with fewer load reserves. MACH1 is not only safe and fast. It can also be installed by a single person using just two tools – a rivet gun and a bending tool – and is suitable for all framed module sizes. All components are made of high-quality aluminium naturally.

The montavent installation system MACH1 fulfils the requirements of DIN 1055-4 with regard to wind load. As montavent does not have sufficient information relating to all building parameters, reference is made exclusively to the impact of wind forces. The contractor/purchaser is responsible for ensuring the necessary load tolerance (PV installation, wind, snow, etc.) of the building including the roof cladding.
